High cold resistant and insulated container room iteration, suitable for polar low temperature working conditions

To meet the construction and accommodation demands of high-latitude low-temperature regions such as Northern Europe, Russia and Canada, our factory has fully upgraded cold-resistant container houses, solving common problems of traditional units including poor thermal insulation, wall condensation and pipeline freezing in winter. The upgraded model adopts an optimized triple insulation structure for walls, roofs and floors, equipped with high-density flame-retardant rock wool and double-layer sealed waterproof technology, improving overall thermal insulation performance by 45% and adapting to extreme low temperatures of -40℃. The door and window sealing system and indoor heating wiring are also optimized to prevent cold wind penetration and indoor frosting. Retaining the advantages of modular rapid installation, the container house requires no complicated on-site construction and can be directly used for dormitories, offices and field camps, perfectly fitting polar engineering projects in high-latitude overseas regions.
